For Carrara 8.0
Extract and copy the Velouté.dat, Velouté.txt and Velouté.mcx files from the Velouté_C8PlatformName\ directory to the extension\ directory.
On the PC, it is the Carrara 8 Pro\Extensions\ directory. If you installed Carrara to the default location, this is C:\Program Files\Daz 3D\Carrara 8 Pro\Extensions\.
On the Mac OS X, copy the files to your Carrara 8 Pro:Extensions folder. If you installed Carrara to the default location, this is Applications:Carrara 8 Pro:Extensions. If the folder is not visible, you can either use a Linux console or ask to see the application’s content.
