Create a file in a simple pre-installed text editor (for example Microsoft Notepad on Windows, TextEdit on Mac OS X
or gedit/kwrite/leafpad/mousepad/nano on Linux

Delimit the words of the 2 languages on one line with the delimiter (character) ';' and alternative answers with '|'.
Below you can see an example file:

Save the file with '.txt' as the extension

Open the file in Recall by clicking on the "Browse..." button, selecting the file and then clicking on the "Open" button.
