NCD Data presents information for each country related to their NCD mortality, morbidity, risk factors and national systems capacity to prevent and control NCDs. The data include the number, rates and causes of deaths from NCDs and trends in NCD mortality; the prevalence of selected risk factors; and information describing current national responses to prevention and control of NCDs
NCD Data is an app that works on your mobile device (smartphone or tablet computer) in the offline (no internet connection) mode. The app, when it is installed from the App store, comes with data for a number of indicators, which are stored in the device’s memory.
The data retrieval options -- BY COUNTRY, BY TOPIC, ADVANCED QUERY and PUBLICATIONS fetch data from the mobile device’s memory.
While reviewing the tables and charts displayed by the NCD Data, it is important to know the symbols in tables and their meaning.
