===== New Features =====

* SET_SOLVER_OPTION and CMPI.SET_OPTION now accept a structure with
  solver options.  This may be useful for change values inside a function
  and restoring default options:
    old_options = get_solver_options();  % save old options
    set_solver_option('MaxTime',100);
    ... code using new options ...
    set_solver_option(old_options);  % restore previous options

* MADE by default reduces the IntFeasTol solver parameter to avoid
  returning models with zero objective flux from integrality leaks.
  This can be changes via the 'set_IntFeasTol' parameter to MADE.

* TEST_TIGER allows a solver to be specified for the unit tests.
  (issue #12)


===== Bugs =====

* Fixed indexing error for MIQP problems with Gurobi.

* Gurobi does not allow IntFeasTol below 1e-09; if SOLVE_MIP is called
  with IntFeasTol less than this value, it is changed before calling 
  Gurobi.

* Fixed handling of problems without constraints for Gurobi.

* Corrected scaling of quadratic terms with CPLEX.  CPLEX uses objectives
  of the form (0.5*x'*Q*x) -- CMPI uses (x'*Q*x).

* Corrected typos in documentation for
   add_column
